Refund Policy

01 — PURCHASE PROCESSING

All in-app purchases and subscriptions within Analog Buddy are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. through the Apple App Store. Analog Buddy does not directly process, store, or have access to your payment information.

02 — REFUND REQUESTS

Since all purchases are processed by Apple, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. To request a refund:

Apple reviews all refund requests and processes them in accordance with their own refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

03 — SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You can cancel your Analog Buddy Pro subscription at any time. To cancel:

After cancellation, your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

04 — RESTORE PURCHASES

If you have previously purchased Analog Buddy Pro and your purchase is not reflected in the app, you can restore it:

This will sync your purchase status with your Apple ID. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in with the same account.

05 — CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including but not limited to EU consumer protection directives and Turkish Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502).

If you are a consumer in the European Union or Turkey, you may have additional rights to a refund under local consumer protection laws.
