Terms of Use

01 — ACCEPTANCE

By downloading, installing, or using Analog Buddy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

02 — LICENSE

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

03 — USER CONTENT

All data you create within the App (camera profiles, film rolls, frame logs, GPS coordinates) is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your data. We do not access, collect, or store this data on any server.

04 — ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You must not use the App in any way that:

05 — IN-APP PURCHASES

Analog Buddy may offer optional in-app purchases ("Pro" features) through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. and are subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. Purchases are linked to your Apple ID and may be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID using the "Restore Purchases" feature within the App.

06 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Exposure readings provided by the light meter are for guidance only and should not be relied upon for critical or professional photography without independent verification.

07 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

08 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Analog Buddy and all associated content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the name "Analog Buddy," the app design, graphics, and code — are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

"Kodak" and related trademarks are the property of Eastman Kodak Company. Analog Buddy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kodak or any film manufacturer.

09 — GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are a consumer in the European Union, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

10 — CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
